If it is the first time a person breaks the rules and they didn't mean to, they will get a PM detailing what was wrong and asking them to not do it again instead of a warning. If the behaviour keeps continuing or the breach of rules was too severe (eg extremely agressive behaviour or spaming), they will be issued with a warning.
